- Respect our intellectual property and refrain from unauthorized copying or distribution of our work prior to project completion.
3. Project Agreements
All service projects are governed by separate agreements or proposals that outline:

- Deliverables and revisions
Any changes to scope must be agreed upon in writing.
4. Payment Terms
- Payments are due according to the agreed schedule in project proposals.
- Late payments may result in delayed project delivery.

- Clients are granted a license to use the final delivered product for its intended purpose.

6. Warranties and Limitations
- Services are provided “as is”. While we strive for high-quality results, we do not guarantee specific outcomes, revenue, or user engagement.
- NextGen Gaming is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services or delivered products.
7. Confidentiality
We respect client confidentiality and will not share sensitive project information without consent. Clients are also expected to keep proprietary tools, methods, or assets confidential until project completion.
8. Termination
Either party may terminate services in writing. Upon termination:
- Outstanding payments must be settled.
- Any delivered work remains the property of the party who owns the intellectual property as outlined in the agreement.
9. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which NextGen Gaming operates. Disputes will be resolved under the exclusive jurisdiction of the applicable courts.
